I recently called to ask about termite treatment for my house. After asking me some questions about the termites I was seeing, they patiently explained that I was likely encountering damp-wood termites (which I've confirmed), which might be a problem if there are moisture issues in a house but don't require fumigation / termite spray.
They saved me the time and expense of bringing an exterminator out. If I need pest control in the future, Redwood Empire will be my first call.

It’s very refreshing to have an honest person help you out. Brandy was just that! He was exceptional, professional, educational, and best of all he was honest. Found swarmer subterranean termites inside my home, but when Brandy came to do inspection, he couldn’t find any evidence of an infestation. Thanks for being honest and so helpful. Brandy was the inspector for the home we bought in Petaluma. I called him with concern about vermin in our backyard. He gave me tips on how to get rid of vermin outdoors. He was very responsive, kind and helpful, gave me full explanation over the phone-no charge. I called him again with a pest problem at my sister-in-law's home. Again, reliable, helpful and reasonably priced for minor work he did. Called him a third time again for my sister-in-law's home with a termite scare from her caregiver. Randy not only inspected my home for termites once but he did it twice first when I purchased the house and now when I'm selling it. He is extremely thorough professional and really knows his stuff. I called him on Thursday and he was out here on Monday even though he was very busy he was able to squeeze us in so that I can have a report to share my future buyers. Randy is very kind and I learned about a lot of great things that he does for our community. I wish I could use his services more But luckily we don't have any termites or insect infestation!

I am a local real estate agent and Brandy helped me through a difficult issue dealing with another Pest Control company. The report issued by the other company (to remain nameless) would have cost $10,000. I had Brandy come back to the property to verify that all the work ACTUALLY needed to be done. LUCKY I DID! The total cost of actual repairs to the property is right around $1,000 not $10,000. This number has now been confirmed by contractors doing the work. After looking at both reports, and the issues mentioned in the reports even the buyers acknowledge Redwood Empire was completely correct and that the other company was just trying to line their pockets.
This is not the first time I have used Redwood Empire and it will not be the last. They really came to the rescue with this one.
